Canon 550D with SANDISK SDHC 20MB/S cards work BEST

The Canon 550D is a great new camera, but you need to use the right SDHC Sandisk card with it. I have tried other cards and found that after about five or six shots in a row the camera will lock up as it tries to copy the images onto the slow SDHC cards. I have now changed the cards I use with the Canon 550D to the Sandisk SDHC 20MB/S type card. I now have no problems with shooting sequences with the camera and have found it works great with HD video to. Take a look at the video below for a demonstration ( I make a mistake in the video and say the cards are 20 mega bits per second, but these cards are 20 mega bytes per second which is very fast ).

What would be the best SD card to use for shooting video’s for skating, skiing and motocross. I want to get some really fresh shots that I can put in slow mo but with the current SD card I cannot do so.
Any thoughts are welcome.
Cheers
